Q: How long does the party last?
A: We aim for two and half hours but often the girls are having so much fun we can run to three hours.

Q: How many people will help run the party?
A: We work on a ratio of 1 adult to 4 – 5 children.  This is dependant on age.

Q: How many guests can I have?
A: As many as you like, we have many therapists and artists who work with us, we never work on a ratio of more than one of our team to five girls.

Q: Where are the parties held?
A: You can hold the party wherever you want, either in your home or a venue of your choice.

Q: What equipment do you need me to supply?
A: All we need from you is a table and chairs.  If this is not possible let us know and we can bring our own.  We also need access to hand washing facilities and clean water.

Q:Do you provide food and drink?
A: We only provide the chocolate or drinks fountain on request.  Unless requested otherwise.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: A deposit of £25 is payable on booking, this will be deducted from your final cost on the day of the party.

Q: Will photos be taken on the day (other than having the photographer option)?
A: Unless requested to not do so, yes, we take photos throughout the day but we will give you a written guarantee that these photos will only be provided back to yourself, the party host.  This saves you having to be in the room to catch all the action.  Should you wish your child/other children to appear on our website we will need written permission from you/parent to do so.

A: As much as possible, we would hate to disappoint you.  A lot of our clients book us year on year.
